Admissions and student records

6 features
Admissions: enquiries, applications and the student recordEach application moves through your admission stages, from the first enquiry to a confirmed seat. When the admission fees are paid, one click makes the student record, with the programme, the semester and the fee receipts already on it.Every planStudent records, guardians and documentsOne record per student with the programme, semester, section and mentor, the student's own login, and the father, mother or guardian with their contacts. The certificates the college holds, from the previous mark sheet to the migration certificate, are kept with numbers, scans and where the original lies.Every planDepartments, programmes, batches and subjectsSet up your departments with their heads and the programmes each one runs. Add the batches that join each year, with their semesters, sections and subjects. Students are placed in a semester and get its subjects, and a whole section moves to the next semester in a few steps.Every planBuildings, rooms and room bookingKeep your campus as sites, blocks, floors and rooms, with each room's type, capacity and code. Sections sit in their own rooms. Seminar halls, labs and auditoriums are booked for events and extra classes, never twice at the same time.Every planStaff records for faculty and office staffKeep each faculty member's and staff member's file in the college system: staff ID, joining date, qualifications, earlier jobs and family. With SmartMy HRMS the service dates come from HR and stay the same in both. From GrowthSet-up and import from spreadsheetsBring your college in from Excel: staff, departments, programmes, batches, semesters, sections, subjects and students with parents. Then the timetable, this year's attendance, fees, marks, credits and the library. The whole workbook is checked first, and nothing is saved until every row is clean.Every plan

Fees

7 features
Fee structures, payment plans and instalmentsWrite each programme's fees for the year once, per intake, with semester-wise or full-year plans. Every student of that programme and intake gets the right dues, split into instalments with due dates. From GrowthFee counter and receipts with a QR checkYour cashier picks a student, ticks the dues and takes cash, cheque, UPI, card or a bank transfer. The receipt carries a QR code that a bank or scholarship office can scan to check it. A bounced cheque opens the dues again. From GrowthDues, statements and online fee paymentStudents and parents see every due, receipt and the statement on the portal and the Campus app, and pay through your college's payment gateway. Applicants pay the application fee by a pay link, and receipts are made at once. From GrowthConcessions and scholarshipsGive merit, need-based, management, staff-child and scholarship concessions per student, with approval. A scholarship paid by a sponsor cuts the student's due and gives the sponsor its own dues, which the cashier collects in one go.From GrowthDeposits, refunds, late fees and services held for duesHold caution deposits and give them back when a student leaves, with unpaid fees cleared first. Late fees are added each night by your slabs. Hall tickets, the transfer certificate and library borrowing can wait while fees are overdue. From GrowthIndustrial visits, trips and eventsInvite a programme or a semester to an industrial visit, a tour or the college day with a consent form and a fee. Students answer on the portal or the Campus app, the fee lands on their dues, and attendance on the day fills itself in.From GrowthCashier closing, fee reports and Tally exportEach cashier closes the day against the system's figures, and every receipt is already in the accounts. Collection, demand, defaulter, concession and deposit reports show where the fees stand, and receipts, cancellations and refunds go to Tally Prime. From Growth

Exams and results

8 features
Internal and semester exams and mark entryRun internal assessments (CIA) and semester end exams with a paper per course. Faculty enter marks on the web or in the Campus app. The internal mark can be built from the CIAs, assignments and attendance. From GrowthGrading, SGPA, CGPA and mark sheetsGrades and grade points come from your grade scale, and pass rules apply per paper. On publishing, each student gets SGPA, CGPA, credits earned and arrears. The semester mark sheet, a Statement of Grades, prints for the whole batch or one student. From GrowthHall tickets, held for dues or debarmentHall tickets are printed for the whole semester or one student, and students download them from the portal. A student who owes fees, is short of attendance or is debarred gets no hall ticket until the reason is cleared. From GrowthSupplementary exams and revaluationArrears from any earlier semester are written alongside the next semester exam, with an arrear fee per paper. Dates are planned so no student has two papers at once. Students ask for revaluation, retotalling or a copy of the answer script on the portal, with their fees. From GrowthExam sittings and subjects examined in partsForenoon and afternoon sittings, a rule for what happens to classes on exam days, and periods taken by an exam counted in nobody's attendance. A course can be examined in parts, such as theory, practical and viva on different dates, with the marks merged into one result. From GrowthInvigilation, seating and duty rostersStudents are placed in halls and seated for each paper, and the invigilation roster is proposed by your rules. The invigilator takes exam attendance and counts booklets in the hall on the phone. From GrowthValuation of answer papersAnswer scripts are valued blind by dummy number, on paper or on the screen from scans. One, two or more evaluators never see each other's marks. When marks differ too much a further evaluator or the chief examiner decides, and every mark stays on record for revaluation. From GrowthQuestion bank and question papersFaculty add questions by unit, level and course outcome, and a reviewer approves them into the bank. Several setters, who do not see each other's work, fill papers from the bank or type them to your pattern. The selected paper stays sealed until shortly before the exam. From Growth
