Who is SmartMy Rental for?
Luxury and self-drive car rental companies, chauffeur services, leasing and subscription businesses, and truck and equipment hire firms. Each car or machine can be hired on its own, with your driver, or both.
Can customers book on our own website?
Yes. You get a booking page and a widget for your website that show the exact car with its photos. A public API with keys is there for your own site or app.
Can we hold the deposit on the customer's card?
Yes, with a payment provider that supports holds. Or take it as a payment and refund it after the return. Either way it is kept apart until it is used or given back.
What happens when a fine arrives weeks later?
Import the authority's or toll company's file, or type the fine in. It is matched to the hire by plate and time and charged with your admin fee, on the next bill or at once.
Is it only for luxury cars?
No. The same features run self-drive cars, vans, trucks and machines by the hour, day, week or month, with or without your driver and with deliveries to site.
Do we have to buy every feature?
No. Every feature works on its own. Start with orders and checks, and add online booking, chauffeur duties, leases or fines when you need them.
What does it cost?
There is no price list on this site yet. Tell us the size of your fleet and how you rent, and we will quote.
