A student sees their own record and nobody else's. Parents see what the college allows.
Staff see what they are given

Blind valuation
Evaluators see a dummy number, not the student's name. On screen, the front pages of a script are hidden when the exam sets how many.
Every mark kept
Each evaluator's mark stays in the history. A revalued mark keeps the original beside it.
Money changes carry a reason
A cancelled receipt or a waived due keeps the reason. A receipt also keeps who cancelled it.
Receipts and certificates stay
They are cancelled, never deleted. A closed cashier day needs a fee manager to reopen it.
