Do heads of department get their own dashboard?

No separate department dashboard is built. Heads of department approve elective registrations and student leave in their step of the chain.

Can students raise a complaint about ragging confidentially?

Not in SmartMy College today: confidential complaints are not included. Ragging can be recorded as a confidential discipline case, seen only by its committee.
