DISCRETE · ASSEMBLY LINES · PROCESS · TEXTILE AND GARMENTS

The shop floor, counted as it happens.

Operators start, count and finish their jobs on a tablet at the machine, with a PIN and big buttons. Planners see what to make and buy, supervisors see rejects and stoppages the moment they happen, and every order closes with its real cost.

WITHOUT IT

What goes wrong without it.

×Production figures written on a board and typed in the next morning.
×A machine stops for an hour and nobody records why.
×Material runs short halfway through an order.
×Rejects are scrapped quietly and never reach the cost.
×Material sent to job workers is never fully accounted for.
×The cost of a product is last year's estimate.

03
MakeOperators start each job, count good and rejected pieces, and log stops with a reason.
04

Questions and answers

Who is SmartMy Manufacturing for?
Plants that make things: engineering and discrete manufacturers, assembly lines, process and batch plants, and textile and garment units.
Do operators need a login?
No. Operators sign in at the station's tablet with a PIN or their badge and see only that station's jobs.
Do we need sensors on the machines?
No. Counts, rejects and stops are entered on the terminal, and OEE is worked out from them.
Can we send work to job workers?
Yes. Material goes out on a challan and comes back made, and the job charge, unused material and loss are all accounted for.
Does it work out piece rates?
Yes. Piece rates by step, machine or item turn each operator's counts into earnings, and with SmartMy HRMS they reach the payslip.
Is textile a separate product?
No. Set the industry to textile and the cutting, bundle, loom, roll and style screens appear. Other plants never see them.
What does it cost?
There is no price list on this site yet. Tell us about your plant and we will quote.
