Who is SmartMy Trade for?
Shops that buy goods and sell them: wholesalers, shops that sell over the counter and on credit, businesses with several shops and godowns, and trading houses that import or export.
Can we start with just billing?
Yes. Add your items and parties and print your first bill the same day. Sales orders, godowns, batches and approvals are switched on when you need them.
What happens when a customer is over the credit limit?
The bill or order is held, not posted, and waits for the person you name. Once approved, it goes through by itself.
We keep our books in Tally. Can we carry on?
Yes. Posted bills, receipts and payments go to Tally through the SmartMy Tally connector.
Can our credit customers see their bills?
Yes. They get a login to see what they owe, their bills and their statement for any period, and can pay online.
Do we need SmartMy POS for the counter?
No. Trade's quick bill is a counter bill. If you also run SmartMy POS, credit customers can pay later at the till, within their limit.
