Flats and residents
Towers, flats and residents, each resident with a login
Family page: who can approve visitors, who gets gate alerts, add a member
Resident app (phone and tablet) and resident web portal
Alerts feed of everything the flat is told, with "notify me about" switches per person
Visitors at the gate
A walk-in is sent to the flat; any approving resident answers, the first answer wins
Five answers: let in, leave it at the gate, coming down, send with security, don't let in
Nobody answers: the guard or the office lets in, leaves the delivery at the gate or turns away; the flat is told who decided
Guard records the answer given on the intercom; escort to the flat timed
Returning visitor found by mobile with photo and ID on file
Flat told when the visitor enters and leaves; visitor history with filters and spreadsheet export
Guests and pre-approval
Invite a guest: pass with QR and six-digit code, shared by link or WhatsApp, with the way to the flat
Pre-approve a cab, a delivery or a service visit, once or for a time window
"Always allow" rules and frequent visitors invited again in one tap
Directions per tower and flat, where to park, pin on the site map (kiosk, invitation, guard card)
Recurring passes (weekdays, daily hours, gates) for regular visitors and vendors
Public "ask for a visit" link: the visitor asks, the flat approves, the pass is sent
Daily help
Daily help register (maid, cook, driver) with photo, ID and the flats they work for; standing gate pass
Office verification before a pass is issued; society-wide block with a reason
In and out told to the flat; residents pause and resume their help
Expected hours shown to the guard; optional "only in their hours" rule and "late / staying long" alerts to the flat
Parcels and children
Parcels kept at the gate with a collection code for the flat; handed over only with the code

Work permits for flat interiors: resident asks, office approves with conditions, crew passes limited to dates and hours, photo and ID at first entry––
Gate pass for goods leaving a flat (moving out, repairs): raised by the resident, approved by the office, checked or held by the guard––
Returnable items logged back at the gate with overdue reminders––
Management
Patrol duty rota: rounds assigned to the guard on duty, handed over by the office, late rounds flagged––
Incidents written up from an SOS or a patrol check; printable report; analysis by month and severity––
