Several societies in one account
A facility-management company runs each society as its own Entity in one account. Each society keeps its own towers, flats, residents, gates, guards and settings, and sees only its own data. Your management staff allowed several societies see them together in the same lists, reports and dashboards.

Why it matters
A facility-management company or a builder's maintenance arm runs many societies, often on separate logins that nobody compares. SmartMy Society puts every society in one account. Each society's office, guards and residents see only their own society. Your managers tick several societies and see visits, incidents, patrol rounds and alerts together, with Visits by entity on one dashboard.
The problem it solves
- A facility-management company runs five societies on five logins, and its security head checks each one by hand.
- The guards of one society must never see another society's residents or visitors.
- Each society has its own rules: one wants visitor approval within 10 minutes, another lets guards decide.
- Monthly reports for the management company are put together from five spreadsheets.
How it works
- Our staff add an Entity for each society you run. Your users are given the societies they may work in.
- With the new society selected, set up its towers, flats and residents, its gates and its guards.
- Open the society's Visitors tab and set its own rules, such as the approval timeout and the check-out time.
- Each society's office and guards work only in their own society; residents see only their own flat.
- A manager allowed several societies ticks them in the switcher at the top right. Lists, reports and dashboards then show them together, and the Management dashboard has Visits by entity.
Everything it does
What each society keeps apart
- Its towers, flats, residents, daily help, gates, visits, passes, incidents, patrol routes and handover notes
- Its own Visitors tab of rules, its own approval chains and its own public visit request link
- Its own emergency broadcasts: a broadcast reaches only that society's people
- Office staff, guards and residents see only the societies they are allowed
What is shared
- One login per person, switching between the societies they are allowed
- A visitor type, a purpose or an ID proof type with no Entity on it is used by every society
- A user allowed several societies sees their lists, reports and dashboards together, including the incident analysis
Adding a society
- Our staff add each further society for you; it is one more Entity in the same account
- Flats are counted per society
- Gates, kiosks, guards and residents are not counted

FLATS AND RESIDENTSTowers, flats and resident loginsSet up your towers and flats once, add the owners, tenants and family of each flat, and give every resident a login of their own. Each resident sees only their own flat.ACROSS SMARTMY SOCIETYApproval chainsEvery approval in SmartMy Society goes through a chain. Examples: a visitor waiting for a flat, a child going out, a visit request, a suggested contact, a goods gate pass, a work permit. With no set-up the usual people decide; you add levels, such as the estate manager then the secretary, without code.VISITORS AT THE GATEEntry and exit alerts and visitor history for the flatThe flat is told when its visitor comes in and when they leave, with the time and the gate. Each resident can look back over 30 days of their visitors, filter by kind and outcome, and download the list as a spreadsheet file.MANAGEMENTIncident reports and analysisA resident's SOS, a guard's panic alert or a problem found on a patrol round becomes an incident in one step, linked both ways. Print the incident report for the police, the insurer or the general body, and count incidents by month, type and severity.SECURITY OPERATIONSEmergency broadcast and muster listSend one emergency to the whole society or only the towers affected, on every channel at once. Residents, guards, the office and the visitors and daily help inside are told. A red banner stays on every screen until the all clear, and the muster list serves the roll call.

Tell us how many towers, flats and gates you have. We will show you and your committee the resident app, the guard app and the office screens, set up that way.
