Visitor badges with photo and QR
Print a badge for a visitor with their photo, name, the flat and resident they came to see, and a QR code. The guard checks them out by scanning the badge, or the visitor scans it at the kiosk.
PLANSFrom Growth
The problem it solves
- A plumber walks the corridors of C tower, and a resident cannot tell whether security let him in.
- At the end of a party, the guard cannot match the guests leaving with the names in the register.
- Paper slips are handed out and never come back.
How it works
- The visitor is approved by the flat, or checked in at the gate or the kiosk.
- The guard presses Print badge in the visitor's details on the guard page or in the Guard app. The office can click Print Badge on the visit.
- The badge opens as an A6 PDF for the printer of the computer or phone, including a label printer set up there.
- The visitor wears it while inside. It shows their photo and To see: the flat and the resident, for example A-1204, Maria Lopez.
- On the way out, the guard scans the badge QR into the box on the gate screen and presses Check Out. The visitor can also scan it at the kiosk under Leaving?.
Everything it does

- Anyone still inside at the Auto Check-out Time (21:00 to start with) is checked out automatically and flagged
