GATE AND COMMUNITY · FOR APARTMENTS
Who is at the gate, and who let them in, on one record.
Visitors, deliveries, daily help, parcels, interior work and emergencies run on the same flat record, so the family, the guard and the society office see the same thing at the same moment.
For apartment societies, gated communities and townships.
WITHOUT IT
What stops being a daily argument.
×The guard calls upstairs for every delivery, and nobody picks up.
×The paper register says who came in. Nobody can read it, or find last Tuesday.
×A new cook starts in three flats and the office hears of it a month later.
×Parcels pile up at the gate and one goes to the wrong flat.
×Workers on an interior job wander the towers long after their hours.
×A complaint is raised in a group chat and is lost by the evening.

HOW IT RUNS
A day at the gate.
01
Early morningThe cook shows her card. Every flat she works for is told she is in, and again when she leaves.02
A cab is expectedThe resident pre-approves it by the last four digits of its number. It goes straight in.03
A parcel arrivesIt is logged for the flat and kept at the gate. The family collects it with a pickup code.04
Nobody answersThe guard or the office lets in, leaves it at the gate or turns away. The flat is told who decided.05
At nightGuards scan a QR code or NFC tag at each checkpoint. A missed checkpoint is flagged to the office.WHAT IT DOES

ON REQUESTQuestions and answers
What does SmartMy Society cover?
Visitors, guest passes, deliveries and parcels at the gate, daily help, children's exit passes, family, vehicles and parking, work permits for interior work, gate passes for goods, lost and found, SOS and emergency alerts, patrol rounds, society chat, useful contacts and an incident register.
Do residents need the app?
No. Residents can use SmartMy Society Resident on their phone or the resident portal in any browser. Both show the same flat, the same visitors and the same messages.
What if nobody in the flat answers?
The guard or the society office decides for the flat: let the visitor in, leave the delivery at the gate with a pickup code for the flat, or turn them away. The flat is told who decided, and every resident of the flat sees it in the history.
Can owners and tenants both use it?
Yes. Each person on a flat is an owner, tenant, family member or other, and the flat decides who can approve visitors and who gets gate alerts. Each family sees only its own flat.
Does it handle maintenance bills?
No. Maintenance dues, receipts and society accounts are not part of SmartMy Society today. It covers the gate, the residents and the community.
We are an office, not a society. Is this for us?
No. SmartMy Society is for apartments and gated communities. Offices, schools, campuses and factories use our sister product, SmartMy VMS.
What does it cost?
A society is charged per flat, per month, with a minimum for small societies. We have not published the figure. Tell us your number of flats and we will send a quote.
See it set up for your own society.
Tell us how many towers, flats and gates you have. We will show you and your committee the resident app, the guard app and the office screens, set up that way.
