Public event pages, order form and My tickets
Your events get their own pages. There is a list with search, a page per event with its sessions and prices, an order form, and a tickets page for each order. Signed-in buyers also find every order under My tickets.
PLANSEvery plan
The problem it solves
- Event details live in a poster on WhatsApp, and the price there is out of date.
- Buyers fill a Google form, pay separately, and wait for someone to send a pass.
- A parent who lost the message cannot find their tickets on the day.
How it works
- Publish the event. It appears on your Events page as a card with its next date, place and lowest price.
- The buyer opens the event: description, each session with its gate time, the ticket types with prices and what is left, and the terms.
- Buy tickets opens the order form: how many of each type, attendee names, name, mobile and email, and the total.
- After paying, the tickets page shows each ticket with its QR code, PDFs and the receipt. The buyer is sent the link to it.
- Signed-in buyers see all their orders under My tickets, with their state.

Where you use it
- The Events pages of your SmartMy site: the list, each event, the order form, the tickets page and My tickets
- Web: the Buyer's Page button on each order opens what the buyer sees
- The SmartMy Events app: Events and My Tickets for signed-in buyers, with tickets kept on the phone. Built and in testing, not in the app stores yet
- With SmartMy Campus: an Events tile on the parent portal
What you control
Settings
- Who May Buy: The Public as Well
- Your own logo on the pages: Scale; Starter and Growth carry the SmartMy Events logo
Notifications
- Tickets of a Paid Order: to the buyer, with the link to the tickets page, by email, WhatsApp or SMS
- Each of these goes out at once. WhatsApp or SMS go where you set them up, from your message credits; app push follows once the apps are in the stores. A person can switch off email, WhatsApp or SMS for themselves, never the event; in-app notices always arrive
