Your own logo on the event pages
On Scale your Entity's logo is in the top bar instead of the SmartMy Events one. This is on the public event pages, the order form, the tickets pages and My tickets. There is nothing to switch on.
PLANSScale only
The problem it solves
- Parents land on a page with a software maker's name and wonder whether it is really the school's.
- A festival wants its ticket pages to look like its own, not like a marketplace.
- Stall holders and sponsors see someone else's name on the pages they share.
How it works
- Put your logo on the Entity under Settings > Entity, as you would for your invoices.
- On Scale the top bar of every event page shows that logo, linked to your events list, with the Entity's name as its title.
- An Entity without a logo keeps the SmartMy Events logo, so the pages never show an empty space.
- Change the logo on the Entity and every event page follows; there is nothing to set per event.
Everything it does
Pages that show your logo
- The list of events and each event's page
- The order form and the payment page
- The buyer's tickets page, the page of a ticket that was transferred, and My tickets
- The Take a stall page and the stall holder's page
What stays the same
- The layout, the light and dark button and Sign in
- The logo is shown at most 36 pixels high, its width following
- On Starter and Growth the pages carry the SmartMy Events logo
- PDF tickets and receipts use your Entity's report layout, with its logo, on every plan

- Not built: your own colours or your own web address for the event pages
