SECURITY AND DATA
One ticket, one entry. Money is never edited.
A code nobody can guessThe QR carries a random code, not the ticket number. A copied ticket gets in once, and the second scan says when and where it was used.
Each person sees their partGate staff see the sessions they are on, sellers see their own counter, organisers see their own events.
Never sold twiceA seat or the last ticket is held for one buyer while they pay; two buyers cannot get the same seat.
Money is reversed, not editedA paid order is not changed. Cancellations and refunds are their own records, with a reason and a name.

Who is SmartMy Events for?
Schools and colleges with an annual day or a fest, clubs and associations, fair and festival organisers, and halls that sell their own shows.
Does the money come to us?
Yes. Buyers pay through your own payment gateway, into your account. Free tickets need no gateway.
Does the gate work without signal?
Yes. The gate phone loads the session's tickets before the doors open, checks people in without signal and sends the scans when the signal is back.
Do buyers need an account?
No. The public buy on the event's page and get their tickets by a link. Your own people who sign in also see them in the app.
Can we sell numbered seats?
Yes, from the Growth plan: draw the hall once from rows and seats, give each section a price, and buyers pick their seats.
What does it cost?
Free tickets never carry our fee. Paid tickets carry a small fee each, lower on the larger plans. Talk to us for the figures.
