Buyer and attendee lists to a spreadsheet
Two ready lists: the buyers, one line per paid order, and the attendees, one line per ticket. Each shows what the buyer agreed to and when. Tick the lines and export them to a spreadsheet.
PLANSEvery plan
The problem it solves
- The class teacher needs the list of parents coming, and someone types it from the payment emails.
- Security wants the names of everyone expected at the gate.
- Months later you need proof that a buyer accepted the no-refund terms.
How it works
- Open Events > Reports > Buyer List: one line per paid order, grouped by event.
- Or open Attendee List: one line per ticket, starting with the tickets still expected, grouped by event.
- Filter by event, session, state or channel, and search by name or number.
- Tick the lines, or all of them, and use the list's export. You get a spreadsheet file.
Everything it does
Buyer List
- Event, session and order number
- Buyer name, mobile and email
- Tickets, total, promo code, complimentary, online or counter
- Paid on and receipt number
- Terms accepted, when, and the refund terms as accepted
Attendee List
- Event, session, ticket number, ticket type and seat
- Attendee name, buyer name, mobile and email, and the order
- Complimentary, online or counter, and the ticket's state
- When and at which gate the ticket came in
- Terms accepted, when, and the refund terms
Who can see and export
- Organisers for their own events, event managers for every event
- Gate staff and counter sellers do not see these lists
- Optional columns can be shown or hidden before you export
- The buyer's mobile and email come from the order; for a ticket that was transferred, the new holder's details are under Events > Transfers
Who uses it
Event organiserExports the lists of their events for the gate, the class teachers or the caterer.

What you control
Settings

Questions
Can I prove a buyer accepted our terms?
Yes. Both lists show whether the terms were accepted and when, and the order keeps the text as it was accepted. Can gate volunteers download the list?
No. The lists are under Reports, which gate staff and counter sellers do not have. At the gate they search one ticket at a time. Are free registrations in the lists?
Yes. A free order is a confirmed order, so it is in the Buyer List, and each free ticket is in the Attendee List.Which file do I get?
A spreadsheet file from the list's export, with the columns you chose.Related features
