Sales, money and attendance reports
See what sold, what was collected and who came, by event, session and ticket type. Each event also has a Figures tab with what is left, and organisers see only their own events.
PLANSEvery plan
The problem it solves
- The treasurer asks what the annual day collected, and the answer takes a week of spreadsheets.
- Nobody knows how many ticket holders did not turn up.
- Sales by the counter and online are added up by hand.
How it works
- Open the event's Figures tab: for each session and ticket type, the limit, sold, held, complimentary, cancelled, left and checked in, and the money.
- Open Events > Reports > Sales to group sold tickets by event, session, ticket type, day, online or counter, and seller.
- Open Money for what was collected, the tax and the booking fee, by day and by channel.
- Open Attendance for expected, checked in, not come and no-shows, by gate, hour and who let them in.
- Switch between a table and a chart, filter, group, and export.
Everything it does
Sales
- Sold, held, complimentary, cancelled or refunded tickets
- The ticket amount with tax after discounts, the discount and the booking fee
- By event, session, ticket type, day, online or counter, and seller
- Shown as a pivot table, a chart or a list
Money
- Collected (with tax and booking fee), tax, discount and booking fee
- By event, session, day, online or counter
- On the SmartMy cloud: our fee and the GST on it
- Shown as a pivot table, a chart or a list
Attendance
- Expected, checked in, not come and no-shows (valid tickets of sessions that are over)
- By event, session, ticket type, gate, the hour they came in and who let them in
- Complimentary and online or counter can be told apart
- Shown as a pivot table or a chart
Figures on the event
- For each session and ticket type: limit, sold, held, complimentary, cancelled, left, checked in, and the money
- Left appears here, not in the Sales report
- Also in the SmartMy Events app, Figures under the event, for organisers
Not in these reports
- Add-ons, stalls and sponsors are not on the Figures tab; stalls and sponsors have their own lists
- Your payment gateway's own charges are not known to the system
- Promo code, counter, refund and add-on figures come with Growth
