We run three schools. Is that one account?
Yes. Each school is set up as its own entity, with its own bill, in the same account. Staff see the schools they are given, and the management sees them side by side.
Can a concession be given without anyone approving it?
Only if you allow it. Fee structures, concessions and refunds can need approval in several steps, and a waived due keeps its reason and who waived it.
