Parents see their own children
A parent sees the children linked to them. A student sees their own record and nobody else's.
Staff see what they are given
Teachers enter marks only on their own papers. Office staff see their own school.
Results only when published
Parents see marks after the exam cell publishes them, never while they are being entered.
Fees and conduct by role
Fees are handled by cashiers and fee managers. Confidential conduct cases stay with the committee.
Money changes carry a reason
A cancelled receipt or a waived due keeps the reason. A receipt also keeps who cancelled it.
Marks close after entry
A locked paper is reopened only by the exam cell. A revalued mark keeps the original beside it.
Receipts and certificates stay
They are cancelled, never deleted. A closed cashier day needs a fee manager to reopen it.
Faces only with consent
Attendance by face is still in testing. It works only for children whose parents agreed. No photo is kept, and parents can withdraw at any time.
