PLANSEvery plan
The problem it solves
- Some families will not install another app, and they still need the circulars and the fee dues.
- A parent wants to read the report card or the fee statement on a large screen and print it.
- Parents queue at the office for a bonafide certificate or to ask what is due.
- The office cannot tell which parent was told what, because everything went by phone.
How it works
- The school office links each parent to their children and gives a login: email, or mobile number where your school uses it, and a password.
- The parent opens your school's web address and signs in. With several children, a Students page shows one card per child; with one child, the child's dashboard opens straight away.
- The dashboard shows Needs your attention (each item marked Open) and one tile per page with a short summary, such as the attendance percentage.
- The menu on the left holds the pages your school uses, grouped as Student, Learning, Examinations, School, Fees and services, More and Account. A number shows what waits on a page.
- Where your school lets parents act, they hand in homework, apply for leave, book meeting slots, request certificates and pay fees. Where they may only view, the forms are hidden and the page says so.
Everything it does
Sign-in and family
- One login sees all of a parent's children (as father, mother or guardian), also in different schools of the same account
- A student with their own login sees only their own pages
- Forgot password sends a reset link by email
- Staff who are also parents find a Campus card on their own /my page that opens the same pages
- Change child from the child's name at the top, from Students, or from your name
Learning and exams
- Profile: class, section, class teacher, register number, admission date and contacts (read only)
- Subjects, Attendance (percentage, by subject, absences with remarks, special days) and Timetable & Holidays (the week, holidays of the next 12 months)
- Homework: Due, Submitted, Evaluated, Not submitted and Study material; hand in an answer and files of up to 20 MB each; Resubmit for work returned
- Exam Schedule, Results with hall tickets and mark sheets, and a revaluation request where your school allows it
- Activities: join, leave and choose activities when the school asks
