Listings with photos, a public listings page and an enquiry form

List a free unit with photos, price and terms, and publish it on your own listings page. Visitors book a viewing slot from the page, and each request lands as an enquiry for the agent.
PLANSFrom Growth

The problem it solves

  • Free units are advertised on scattered portals and nobody knows which ads are still live.
  • A let unit is still advertised, and the phone keeps ringing.
  • Viewing requests come by phone at all hours with no name and no time.

How it works

  1. Lease > Leasing > Finding Tenants > Listings > New, or Listings on a unit. Give the title, unit, purpose, price and period, available from, the shortest term and the agent.
  2. Add the description and photos with captions; tick the cover photo. Add a video or 360° link and the portal feeds it goes to.
  3. Press Publish. A unit that is let, reserved, blocked or under renovation cannot be published.
  4. The listing appears on your public listings page, with search and pages, and gets its own page.
  5. A visitor picks a viewing day and time slot, gives a name and phone or email, and sends it. It comes in as an enquiry with the slot in the message.
  6. When the unit is let or reserved, its published listings turn to Let by themselves.

Everything it does

The listing

  • Purpose: To Let, Short Stay or For Sale; price a month, a year, a night or total
  • Bedrooms and area from the unit; available from; shortest term in months
  • Photos with captions and a cover; video or 360° link; how viewings are arranged
  • Draft, Published, Let, Withdrawn; Withdraw takes it down, Back to Draft to edit
  • Views: counted each time the public page opens

The public pages

  • Every published listing of the Entity, 'Property for rent', with filters by property, type, bedrooms and price
  • Homes and Commercial in the menu when the Entity lists both; About us when it has a website
  • A listing's page: photos (cover first), bedrooms, bathrooms, area, furnishing, description, features of the unit and property, details
  • A map of the area when the property has its position; the exact address is not shown
  • Price card with Call and WhatsApp buttons and your reply time
  • Your logo, or your initials while you have none

Book a viewing

  • The next five open days and the slots of the day
  • Name and phone or email needed; move-in date and a question are optional
  • Comes in as an enquiry for the listing's agent, source Our Pages, with "Would like to view" and the slot
  • The same person asking again adds to their open enquiry

  • Viewings From 10 am and Until 6 pm, in 2-hour slots, to start with

Notifications

Questions

Do I need a website?

No. Your listings page is served by SmartMy with your name and logo. Link to it from your own site if you have one.

Is the exact address shown?

No. The page shows the area on a map and the locality, not the exact address.

What happens when the unit is let?

Its published listings turn to Let by themselves and leave the public page.

Can visitors pick any time?

They pick from your viewing days and slots. The agent calls to confirm and plans the viewing on the enquiry.

Which plan has it?

Growth and above.
