Food service dashboard and outlet scorecards
Open Food Service and see the day's sales, bills and reversed bills at once, in every plan. On Scale a nightly scorecard per Entity adds food cost %, waste, stock value, items to reorder and what you owe customers. It has charts per outlet and analyses of stock, purchase, production and discounts.
PLANSScale only
The problem it solves
- To know how the canteens did yesterday, someone collects figures from each outlet and builds a spreadsheet.
- Money sitting in wallets, unused tokens and plan meals is owed to customers, and nobody knows the total.
- One outlet's food cost climbs for weeks before anyone compares it with the others.
- The owner of a group of Entities cannot see all of them side by side.
How it works
- Open Food Service. The Dashboard is the first screen: sales, bills, sales today and reversed bills, with sales by day and by outlet.
- On Scale, every night the system builds a scorecard for each Entity for the day before, after the day's meal and stock figures.
- Open Reports > Dashboard: each Entity's latest scorecard. Then charts for 7, 30 or 90 days: revenue, meals served and no-shows, food cost % per outlet and the ten best sellers.
- Open Reports > Group Dashboard for one scorecard per Entity and day, as cards, a list with totals, a pivot or a graph. Press Refresh Now to build today's at once.
- From a scorecard, Meals and Money opens the month's figures per outlet and session, and Stock opens the stock per store and item.
- For detail, open the analyses under Reports: stock, stock counts, wastage, production, purchase prices, purchases by vendor, discounts and items on the house.
Everything it does
The Dashboard (every plan)
- Tiles: Sales, Bills, Sales today and Reversed bills, with a trend line on sales
- Charts: Sales by day and Sales by outlet
- Shared with the roles that open Food Service. Each figure is worked out as the viewer, so each person sees only the Entities and records they may see
- Built on the SmartMy dashboard screen, where people can arrange it and build private dashboards
The scorecard per Entity and day (Scale)
- Revenue of the day and of the month; plates; plan meals, opted out and no-shows of the day
- Food cost and food cost % of the month; subsidy and complimentary of the month
- Waste of the month: stock written off, leftovers discarded and food voided after cooking, at cost
- Stock value, items to reorder, batches expiring within 7 days
- Owed to customers: wallet balances, unused tokens and unused plan meals, apart and in total
- Central kitchen dispatches received in the month; cash short in cashier shifts in the month
