Who is SmartMy Feast for?
Hostel messes, school and college canteens, staff cafeterias, food courts, restaurants, central kitchens and caterers.
Does the counter work without the internet?
Yes. Selling, serving and wallet top-ups continue on the tablet within limits you set, and are sent once when the network returns. Table service and kitchen screens need a network.
How do people identify themselves?
With an ID card through a reader, a printed QR or the QR in the app.
Can parents control what a child buys?
Yes. Daily and weekly limits and blocked items or categories, set by the parent or the institution.
Can we start with only the counter and meal plans?
Yes. Stores, purchase and kitchen production can be added when you are ready.
Does it make us compliant with food safety rules?
No software can. It keeps the temperature logs, checklists, sample records and vendor licence dates that inspections ask for.
