WITH SMARTMY COLLEGE

Each student has one fee ledger with term fees, exam and revaluation fees, elective fees per credit and fines. With the other products, hostel, mess and bus fees join it. Scholarships are collected from their sponsors. Receipts carry a QR code, the cashier closes the day, and receipts go to the accounts. The export to Tally is set up and tested with you before go-live.

Questions accounts office ask

Can students pay online?

Yes, on the app and the portal, through the payment gateway account you connect, and the receipt is made at once. Online payment has been tried with a test provider, not yet at a college.

What happens to an elective seat that is not paid for?

Elective fees go on the fee account per credit or per subject. A seat not paid for in time is released.
