WITH SMARTMY VMS
Parents, vendors and admission visitors go through one record. Meetings and admission visits issue their own passes, and staff are told the moment their visitor arrives.

Does this replace the student attendance system? No. SmartMy VMS records visitors: parents, vendors and admission visitors. Students and their attendance stay in the school's own systems.
Do parents get a pass for a parent-teacher meeting?Yes. A parent-teacher meeting or an admission visit issues a gate pass by itself, and the parent shows the code at the gate.
