Who verifies daily help?The society office. Help a resident adds shows at the gate as not verified, and the guard cannot let them in until the office has checked them.

Can the office read residents' private messages?No. One-to-one messages are not listed for the office. A message somebody reports comes to the office so it can decide what to do.
