Live classes with a meeting link, attendance and recordings
Schedule a live class as a lesson with your Meet, Zoom or Teams link. Learners join from 15 minutes before, which marks them present, get a reminder an hour before, and find the recording on the lesson afterwards.

The problem it solves
- The meeting link is lost in a long WhatsApp thread, and half the class joins late.
- Nobody knows who attended the online class.
- Recordings are shared in a drive folder that new learners never find.
How it works
- Add a lesson of kind Live Class: paste the meeting link, and set Starts At, Ends At and the Host.
- Within the hour before the class, learners still learning the course get Live Class Soon by email and in the app.
- From 15 minutes before the start until the end, learners press Join on the lesson or in the app. That marks them present and opens the meeting.
- Correct attendance on the lesson after the class, for example for someone who joined by phone.
- Paste the Recording Link on the lesson; learners see Watch the Recording once the class is over.

Attendance
- Join records the learner as present with the time, once per class
- Joining completes the live class lesson
- Correct Present on the lesson's attendance; who corrected it is kept
- Unticking Present marks the lesson not done again for that learner

- Live Class Soon: once, within the hour before the start, checked every 30 minutes
- Moving the start time sends the reminder again
