Messages when a course is assigned, due soon, overdue or finished
Learners are told when a course is assigned to them, three days before it is due, when it is overdue and when they finish. With SmartMy HRMS the manager hears about overdue courses too.

The problem it solves
- People learn about a mandatory course from a colleague, a week before the deadline.
- Reminders are sent by hand from a spreadsheet, so some people get three and others none.
- Managers find out their team skipped the training only when an audit asks.
How it works
- A learner is put on a course by a rule, by hand, with a code or by an accepted request. They get Course Assigned with the due date and a link.
- Every night SmartMy Learn looks at due dates. When a course is due within 3 days and unfinished, the learner gets Course Due Soon, once.
- The night after the due date, an unfinished course is marked Overdue and the learner is told. With SmartMy HRMS their manager gets Team Course Overdue.
- When every needed lesson is done, the learner gets Course Finished, and Certificate Issued if the course gives one.
- Teachers are told about join requests, quizzes to mark and work handed in; learners about marks, answers and live classes starting.
