Property listings from SmartMy Lease

Listings you publish in SmartMy Lease appear on your website by themselves, as a Properties list at /properties. Each listing has a page: for rent, sale or short stay, price, bedrooms, area, building, date and photo.

The problem it solves

  • A flat is let, but the website still shows it as available and the phone keeps ringing.
  • Photos and prices are uploaded twice, once in the leasing system and once on the website.
  • Your website shows a few old listings while the leasing team has many more.

How it works

  1. In SmartMy Lease, write a listing for a free unit with its photos, price and terms, and publish it.
  2. In the website editor, the Properties collection appears by itself in the Pages tab > Collections box, read-only.
  3. Show it on any page with a Collection list section, or link to /properties.
  4. Publish the site. Each listing gets its own page with the cover photo on top; listings taken down in Lease drop off with the next publish.

Everything it does

What shows

  • Published listings of the site's Entity, up to 300
  • For let, sale or short stay; price with its currency and period; bedrooms, area, building, available from, cover photo and description
  • A list at /properties and a page per listing; both are in the sitemap and in the guide for AI assistants

Keeping it up to date

  • Change listings in SmartMy Lease; the website collection is read-only
  • The site takes the current listings each time it is published

Not there yet

  • No enquiry or viewing button on the website listing page: add your own button or form
  • SmartMy Lease has its own listings page where visitors book a viewing slot
