Job positions with openings in SmartMy HRMS appear on your website by themselves. The Jobs list at /careers has a page per job with its team, openings and place.

The problem it solves
- A job is filled, but the website keeps advertising it for months.
- HR writes the job description once in the HR system and again for the website.
- Candidates find a careers page that has not changed since last year.
How it works
- In SmartMy HRMS, set a job position's openings (its target) above zero and write its description.
- In the website editor, the Jobs collection appears by itself in the Pages tab > Collections box, read-only.
- Show it on any page with a Collection list section, or link to /careers.
- Publish the site. Each job gets its own page; jobs set to no openings drop off with the next publish.

- Job positions of the site's Entity (and those shared with every Entity) with at least one opening, up to 200
- Name, team (department), number of openings, place (city of the work address) and description
- A list at /careers and a page per job; both are in the sitemap and in the guide for AI assistants
Applying
- The Apply link on each job goes to your /contact page
- It does not open an application form or the HRMS careers page; add your own button there if you use HRMS Recruitment
Keeping it up to date
- Change jobs in SmartMy HRMS; the website collection is read-only
- The site takes the current jobs each time it is published
