The owner's daily summary
Every evening the owner and the Trade Managers get one short message for each Entity. It has today's sales by shop, returns, money collected, purchases and what parties owe you. During the day, the Today screen in the app shows the same figures live.
PLANSEvery plan
The problem it solves
- The owner calls each shop at night to ask for the day's sales.
- Collections are known only when the cash comes in the next morning.
- Nobody notices that what parties owe keeps growing week after week.
- The owner is away from the shop and has no figure until he is back.
How it works
- Give the owner and the managers the Trade Manager role. They receive the summary for each Entity they work in.
- At 8 in the evening, India time, the summary is worked out from the day's posted bills, returns, payments and supplier bills.
- It goes out as one message, for example: "Sales Main Shop: 124,500. Sales Warehouse Road: 38,200. Returns: 2,100. Collections: 96,000. Purchases: 60,000. Due from parties: 780,000."
- During the day the owner opens Today in the app for the live figures, including bills overdue and items low.
