SmartMy Trade opens on a ready dashboard: sales, what customers owe, supplier bills overdue and shop days not closed. It shows sales by day and your top customers. The owner's phone opens on Today: each shop's sales, collections, dues and low stock.

The problem it solves
- The owner calls every shop at night to ask for the day's sales.
- What customers owe is known only when the accountant prints the ageing.
- A shop forgets to close its day, and the cash is counted two days later.
How it works
- Open Trade. The first menu is the Dashboard, for everyone who works in Trade.
- Every tile and chart is counted as the person looking, for the Entities they work in.
- Click a tile or a bar to open the bills behind it.
- Press edit to move, resize, add or remove items; the layout you set is yours. Make a private copy to build your own.
- On the phone, the owner opens the SmartMy Trade app on Today: today's sales per shop, collections, receivables, overdue and low stock.

- Sales: posted customer bills before tax, with a small trend line
- Customers owe: what is unpaid on posted customer bills
- Bills overdue: supplier bills unpaid past their due date
- Day not closed: shop days before today still open
- Sales by day (line chart) and Top customers (the top 10, bar chart)
Today in the app (owner)
- Today's sales per shop: number of bills and amount
- Collections received today
- Receivable, and overdue with the number of bills
- Low stock: items below their reorder minimum
- For Trade Managers and Accounts; one Entity at a time

Does every billing clerk see the whole Entity's sales?
The shared dashboard is counted as the person looking. A clerk limited to their shops sees their shops' quick bills; other invoices of the Entity can still count. Unshare the dashboard from billing staff if you want it for managers only.Can I add my own tiles?
Yes. In edit mode add a number, a chart or a list on data you can open. Make a private copy first to keep the shared one as it is.Can I see all my Entities together?

BILLING AND STOCKThe owner's daily summaryEvery evening the owner and the Trade Managers get one short message for each Entity. It has today's sales by shop, returns, money collected, purchases and what parties owe you.
