Several entities in one account
Run the brands or companies of your group in one SmartMy Marketing account. Each Entity keeps its own numbers, mailboxes, AI agents, journeys, broadcasts, carts and reports, and a person allowed in several can switch between them.
PLANSEvery plan
The problem it solves
- Two brands of one group share a marketing team, and two separate tools mean two logins and two bills.
- One brand's WhatsApp number must never send another brand's broadcast.
- Each brand's results must be read on their own, and sometimes side by side.
How it works
- Add each brand or company as an Entity under Administration > Users & Entities > Entities, with its address, country, currency and logo.
- Give each person the Entities they may work in, under Allowed Entities on the user.
- Switch to an Entity at the top and connect its own WhatsApp number, pages and mailboxes, and set up its AI agent and chatbots.
- Everything you make while that Entity is shown belongs to it: journeys, broadcasts, segments, carts, posts and ads.
- Tick several Entities in the switcher to see their lists and reports together.
Everything it does
What belongs to each Entity
- Connected WhatsApp numbers, Instagram and Facebook accounts, web chats and outreach mailboxes
- Conversations, AI agents, AI documents, chatbots and AI answers
- Lead-list columns, consent records, segments, journeys, sequences and broadcasts
- Chat carts, online stores and their orders, Revenue by Source
- Social posts, ad accounts and ads, API keys and webhooks
Set per Entity
- Marketing Sender Name: the From name of broadcasts and journey emails
- Approval chains Social post and Ad, copied from the parent when the Entity is made
- Notification channels, quiet hours and wording, following the group until changed
Contacts and consent
- Contacts with no Entity are one address book for all Entities, so a customer of two brands is one contact
- Consent is kept per Entity: an opt-in to one brand does not let another brand send
- Each Entity's Marketing reaches its own contacts and those with no Entity
Agency mode
- An agency makes each client its own Entity from Marketing > Clients
- Client Entities are counted as agency clients, not as further Entities
- A client Entity's contacts and consent stay apart from the agency's and the other clients'

Questions
Can one person run two brands?
Yes. Allow them in both Entities and switch, or tick both to see them together. Will a broadcast go out from the wrong brand's number?
A broadcast and its numbers belong to one Entity. Work in the right Entity when you make it.Are contacts kept apart per brand?
Contacts with no Entity are one address book, so a person who buys from both brands is one contact. Consent is kept per Entity, so each brand needs its own opt-in.We are an agency. Do our clients need Entity packs?
No. In agency mode each client gets its own Entity from Marketing > Clients, counted as an agency client.Related features
