Comments: sentiment, hide rules, replies and likes

Comments on your Facebook and Instagram posts arrive in one list as they are written, sorted positive, neutral or negative by AI. Reply, like, hide or turn a commenter into a contact, and let hide rules remove spam and abuse at once.

Connects once Meta approves SmartMy's Meta app (App Review); tested with you before go-live. Built and tried on our test systems, not yet with a customer's Meta account.

The problem it solves

  • A complaint sits under a post for two days because nobody opened that page.
  • Spam links and abuse stay visible until someone notices.
  • Questions in comments are never turned into leads.

How it works

  1. Comments on your connected pages' and Instagram accounts' posts arrive in Marketing > Social > Comments. New ones come first, with the account, the time and the text.
  2. The AI sorts each new comment Positive, Neutral or Negative right after it arrives.
  3. Open a comment. Write in Our Reply, or press Suggest a Reply for a draft from the AI agent's knowledge, then Reply. It is posted under the comment.
  4. Like (Facebook), Hide, Done or Make a Contact as needed.
  5. A manager sets Comment Hide Rules: words or phrases, one a line. A comment with one of them is hidden on the post as it arrives.

Everything it does

Each comment

  • From, the account, the post, when, the text, the comment it answers
  • Sentiment: Positive, Neutral, Negative
  • States: New, Answered, Hidden, Done; Liked; Our Reply; the contact

Actions

  • Reply: posted under the comment on Facebook or Instagram; the comment becomes Answered
  • Suggest a Reply: a short, friendly public reply from the AI agent's facts; complaints get an apology and an invitation to message you
  • Like: Facebook comments
  • Hide: hidden on the post ("Hide this comment on the post?")
  • Done, and Make a Contact (a new contact with the comment noted)

Hide rules and sentiment

  • Comment Hide Rules per Entity: a comment containing any listed word or phrase is hidden at once. A word inside a longer word also matches, so choose them with care
  • Hidden comments are not sorted by sentiment
  • Sort Comments by Sentiment with AI: on per account; untick it on the account to stop
