Course and trainer feedback
When learners finish a course they rate it and its teacher or trainer from 1 to 5, with a comment. Averages show on the course, and every response is in one report.

The problem it solves
- Feedback forms are handed out on paper after training and never typed up.
- You find out a course was confusing only when results come in low.
- There is no way to compare trainers across batches.
How it works
- Ask for Feedback is on for every course to start with, on the course's Rules tab.
- When a learner finishes, the course page asks How was it? It asks for a course rating, a teacher or trainer rating and a comment.
- The learner can answer on the web or in the SmartMy Learn app, and may change the answer later.
- The course shows its average rating out of 5 on a button on the course form.
- Open Learn > Manage Courses > Reporting > Learners and Courses > Course Feedback to read every response, grouped by course.

Is the feedback anonymous?
No. The course's authors and editors and Learn Managers see each learner's name next to their ratings. Tell learners this before you ask.Can learners give feedback before finishing?
