Employee 360 and organisation chart
One screen shows everything about an employee: profile, attendance, leave, pay, loans, assets, documents and what is pending. Each viewer sees only the parts their role allows. The organisation chart covers the whole group, with search, CSV export and open positions.
PLANSEvery plan
The problem it solves
- To answer one question about an employee, HR opens five screens and two spreadsheets.
- A manager asks HR for a team member's leave balance or attendance because they cannot see it themselves.
- During an exit nobody can say at a glance which loans, assets and dues are still open.
- The organisation chart is a slide made last year, with people who have left and no open positions.
How it works
- Open Employees > Organisation > Employee 360, or press 360 View on an employee record. Type a name or employee code in Find an employee.
- The top shows the photo and the facts: designation, department, Entity, manager, code, stage, joining date, years of service and work contacts.
- Below come the figures and tables your role may see: attendance for the last 30 days, leave balances, salary, loans, assets and pending requests. Click a row to open that record, or Open to see the full list.
- Open Employees > Organisation > Organisation Chart. Choose the Entities to show; the tree opens two levels down and along the path to your own card.
- Search by name, designation or department, or use Expand All and Collapse. Click a person to see their card, then Open 360 if you may see their details.
- Press Export to download the chart as organisation-chart.csv for Excel.
Everything it does
Employee 360: the facts at the top
- Designation, department, Entity, manager, employee code, stage, date joined, years of service, work email and phone
- Date of birth: shown to HR and to the employee only
- During an exit: Leaving, with the last day and where the resignation stands
- With background verification (Scale): Verification Clear or Pending
Employee 360: the sections
- Attendance (last 30 days): days by status and the number of late days
- Leave Balances: each leave type the person's policy gives
- Salary: Annual CTC, Monthly Gross and the date it applies from (Growth)
- Payslips: the last 6 approved or paid, with paid days and net pay (Growth)
- Position and History: the last 8 changes, with was, now and the reason
- Loans and Advances, Assets Held, Documents (with where the original is kept), Travel Advances Open, Disciplinary Cases and Goals. Also Appraisals, Training, Certificates and Exit Clearance, as your plan installs them
- Background Verification (Scale): each check with its method, status and dates, for HR only; the findings stay on the check
- Pending Requests: leave, loans, travel, expense claims, letters, policies to acknowledge and a resignation that wait, up to 10 of each
- An appraisal rating stays hidden from the employee until it is shared
Employee 360: who sees what
- HR (HR administrator or HR officer in that Entity): the profile, history, attendance, leave, loans, documents, discipline and the team sections
- Payroll role: salary, payslips and loans
- A manager, for anyone below them in the reporting line: attendance, leave, assets, travel, goals, appraisals, training, certificates, clearance and pending requests
- The employee: everything about themselves; with no name chosen, the screen opens on your own record
- Salary and payslips are not shown to HR or managers who do not hold a payroll role
- With access levels (Growth), an HR role can be kept from personal details, employee documents and disciplinary cases
- Search lists only the people you may open
Organisation chart
- One chart for every Entity you work in; choose which Entities to show
- A person employed in two Entities appears in both, marked with the other Entity
- Person card: name, designation, department, Entity, work email and phone, and Open 360
- Search by name, designation or department opens the branches with a match
- Export: a CSV with Name, Designation, Department, Company, Reports To and Kind (Employee or Vacancy)
- HR see their Entities whole; everyone else sees the people below them and the line above, as the Entity sets it
- Vacancies (Scale): approved or posted manpower requisitions appear under the department head, as Open position or the number open, with the requisition reference

Questions
Can a manager see a team member's salary on Employee 360?
No. Salary and payslips are shown only to people with a payroll role and to the employee. A manager sees attendance, leave, goals, assets, training and pending requests of the people below them.Does Employee 360 need every module?
No. It shows the sections of what you have. Starter shows the profile, history, attendance, leave balances and pending leave. Payroll, loans, documents and assets come with Growth; appraisals, goals, training and verification with Scale. Can an employee see the whole organisation chart?
An employee sees their own manager, or every level above if the Entity chooses so, and anyone below them. HR officers see their Entities in full. How do we keep the chart up to date?
There is nothing to draw. The chart is built from the manager on each employee record, so a transfer or a new joiner shows the moment the record is saved. Can we print the chart?
Not as a picture or PDF yet. Export gives a CSV with each person and whom they report to, which you can open in Excel or load into a drawing tool.Related features

The stage (probation, confirmed, notice, separated) moves by itself, and every change is kept with its date.ROLES AND ACCESSWho sees what: employees, managers and HR officersEach employee sees only their own records and each manager sees everyone below them. HR staff get roles per Entity, limited to some departments or locations if you wish. A role can also hide parts of the record, such as bank details.EMPLOYEES AND ORGANISATIONTransfers, promotions and group companiesRun several Entities of your group in one account. A person who works for more than one keeps one identity, with their PAN, UAN and group service. Promotions and transfers take effect on a date, go through approval and stay in the history. A move to a sister Entity keeps the UAN and the years of service.RECRUITMENTManpower requisitions and headcount planA manager asks for headcount on a requisition with the budget and the profile, and nothing is posted until it is approved. Above it sits the year's manpower plan per department, with extra requests, a hiring freeze and exceptions.RECRUITMENTCandidate forms and background verificationThe candidate fills in their own details once on a link, and HR checks them against the documents. Background checks run with signed consent, by your own staff or an agency.
