Head office scorecards across branches
Head office sees one scorecard per branch and month. It shows job cards, revenue split into labour and parts, average repair order, labour efficiency, comeback rate and approval rate. Compare branches for any dates with a group total, follow the trends, and give head office staff a role that only reads.
PlansEnterprise only
The problem it solves
- Each branch sends its figures in its own spreadsheet, on its own day, in its own format.
- The owner cannot tell which branch has the most comebacks or the lowest labour efficiency.
- Head office staff need to see every branch without being able to change a job card.
How it works
- 01
Give head office staff the Head Office role. It reads the figures and job cards of all their branches.
- 02
Open Garage > Head Office > Branches for one scorecard per branch and month. Scorecards are refreshed every night; Refresh Now builds them at once.
- 03
Open Compare Branches, choose From and To, and click Compare. Each branch is a row and the last row is the Group Total, in the group's currency.
- 04
Open Trends to see the figures month after month, and Job Card Analysis for a pivot and a chart over all job cards.
- 05
To change a job card, a person also needs a garage role in that branch.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Can head office staff change job cards?
No. The Head Office role only reads. To change a job card, a person also needs a garage role in that branch.
How fresh are the figures?
Scorecards are refreshed every night. Refresh Now builds them at once when you need today's figures. Compare Branches works on any dates you choose.
Our branches use different currencies. Does the total work?
Yes. Each scorecard shows the branch's own currency and the group's, and the group total is in the group's currency.
Can a manager run one branch and only see others?
Yes. Give them a garage role in their branch and read-only access in the others.

Job cost and margin per job cardFrom Growth
See what each job really cost and earned. Labour comes from the task timers at each employee's hourly cost, parts and supplies at their cost when issued, and revenue from the billable lines. Margin shows on the job card for workshop managers, with reports by job card, service, technician and branch.
Workshop reports: inspections, appointments, no-shows and bay useFrom Growth
See which inspection items fail most, how many appointments turn up, and how busy each bay is against your open hours. Read them by day, week or month, as a pivot, chart or list.
Parts and cars moved between branchesEnterprise only
A branch short of a part asks another branch for it. The supplying branch approves and ships, and the asking branch receives, with lots and serials. The job card waits until the parts arrive. A car can also go to another branch's workshop, such as the group's body shop, with the work charged back.
Franchise agreements and monthly royalty statementsEnterprise only
Keep each franchisee's agreement: royalty %, on labour, parts or both, a minimum monthly royalty and a marketing fund. Every month a statement is worked out from the franchisee's invoices, refunds and counter sales, topped up to the minimum. It is invoiced to them in one click.
Several branches (entities) in one accountEvery plan
Run every workshop of your business in one SmartMy Garage account. Each branch is an Entity with its own numbering, settings, stock and books. Staff work only in their branches, and the owner sees them together.
DashboardsEvery plan
SmartMy Garage opens on a ready dashboard. It counts cars in the workshop, waiting for approval, ready and delivered, with charts of jobs by stage and billing by kind of job. Each number is counted for the person looking, for the branches they work in.
