Readings and photos are never changed after they are saved. A wrong reading is corrected by a new one with a note; the first one stays.
Every change recorded
Each job card keeps a log of what changed, who changed it and when. Stage checks skipped by a manager carry the reason.
Your data apart
Each business has its own separate data, kept apart from every other business on the service.
Roles per branch
Technician, service advisor, workshop manager, administrator and a read-only head office role. Other branches' job cards are refused.
Private links
A customer's link opens that job card only, ends after delivery, and can be turned off or replaced. The floor screen shows a first name only if you allow it.
Photos in private storage
Photos are kept in private cloud storage and opened through signed links. Keep them for ever (the default) or for a number of days.
Single sign-on
On the Enterprise plan, staff sign in with Microsoft, Google or another OpenID Connect provider.
Signed events
Events sent to your own systems are signed, so your side can check they came from us.
Opt-outs respected
Customers who unsubscribe from campaigns are not sent them again.

Can a photo or a reading be changed later?
No. A wrong reading is corrected by a new one with a note; the first stays.
Who can see a job card?
Staff in that branch with a garage role, and the customer through their own link. Head office can be given read-only access to all branches.
How long are photos kept?
By default for ever (they are your evidence for disputes and warranty). You can set a number of days; photos go after that or after the job's warranty, whichever is later.
