SmartMy Garage is part of SmartMy, the family of business software by Hadoopt Technologies, India. Its sisters run visitor gates (SmartMy VMS) and housing societies (SmartMy Society).
Why
Everything hangs off the job card.
We built SmartMy Garage around one rule: check-in, photos, readings, estimate, approvals, work, parts, invoice, delivery and comebacks all live on, or link to, one job card. Whoever had the car, when, and in what state: the shop can always answer.
We looked hard at the workshop software garages use around the world and in India, and built for both a one-person shop running the day from a phone and a chain of branches with a head office.
- Custody recorded. Readings and photos every time the car changes hands.
- Configured, not coded. Stages, bays, warranty, alerts, photo sets and storage charges are settings.
- International. Taxes per country, several currencies, km or miles per vehicle, fuel or battery.
- Honest pages. This site only shows what the product does today.
