Workshop
Workshop reports: inspections, appointments, no-shows and bay use
See which inspection items fail most, how many appointments turn up, and how busy each bay is against your open hours. Read them by day, week or month, as a pivot, chart or list.

The problem it solves
- You do not know which checks fail most, so you stock the wrong parts and train the wrong things.
- No-shows cost bay hours, but nobody counts them.
- One bay is full every day while another stands idle, and it shows only in the month-end numbers.
How it works
- 01
Open Garage > Reports and choose a report.
- 02
Inspection Results: each inspection item with its fail %, attention % and attention-or-fail %, by template, item, branch or date.
- 03
Appointments and No-shows: appointments by month and status, with the no-show % of those that were due.
- 04
Bay Utilisation: per bay and day, the appointments, hours booked, hours worked on tasks there and open hours. It shows Booked % and Utilisation %.
- 05
Group, filter and switch between pivot, chart and list; download a pivot to a spreadsheet.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Can we export the reports?
Yes. Download any pivot to a spreadsheet.
Why is a bay over 100%?
More hours were worked or booked in that bay than the branch was open that day. Overtime or a missing opening hours row are the usual reasons.
How is the no-show rate counted?
It is the share of appointments marked no-show among those that were due. Filter the report to Arrived and No-shows to read the rate for a period.
Which plan has it?
Growth, Scale and Enterprise. Technician hours, waiting time and movements reports come with every plan.

Digital vehicle inspections with pass, attention and failFrom Growth
Technicians go through a checklist on the phone or web, marking each item pass, attention or fail, with measurements and photos. Items that need work become recommended work in one click. The customer sees the lights, notes and photos on their job page.
Appointments on a bay calendar with daily capacityFrom Growth
Book visits by customer, vehicle, services, time and bay. The booking warns when the bay is taken, the branch is closed or the day is full. The customer is reminded, the arrival opens the job card, and no-shows are counted.
Tasks per mechanic with Start, Pause and Done timersEvery plan
Each approved service becomes a task for a technician, planned from its standard hours. Technicians press Start, Pause and Done on the web or their phone, one timer at a time. You see each person's tasks, the workload and the hours worked against the hours planned.
DashboardsEvery plan
SmartMy Garage opens on a ready dashboard. It counts cars in the workshop, waiting for approval, ready and delivered, with charts of jobs by stage and billing by kind of job. Each number is counted for the person looking, for the branches they work in.
Head office scorecards across branchesEnterprise only
Head office sees one scorecard per branch and month. It shows job cards, revenue split into labour and parts, average repair order, labour efficiency, comeback rate and approval rate. Compare branches for any dates with a group total, follow the trends, and give head office staff a role that only reads.
Customer retention and enquiry source reportsFrom Growth
Three reports tell a workshop manager whether customers come back. Customer Retention sorts each car and customer into Active, At Risk or Lapsed. Due vs Came Back shows who returned for the service that was due. Enquiries shows where enquiries come from and why some are lost.
