Your number. Or ours.
WhatsApp, SMS and email follow one rule: bring your own sender and it is yours, unmetered by us; or use ours, metered.
Your own sender
- Your WhatsApp number, SMS sender or mail server, connected once.
- Everything on that channel goes through it, job updates and campaigns alike.
- Your provider bills you; we don't count those messages.
- Offers and campaigns on WhatsApp go only from your own number.
- You submit the message templates for approval from your account; we give you the text.
Our senders
- No setup: job updates go from our WhatsApp numbers, SMS senders and email.
- Each plan includes free messages per channel; then you top up with packs from your billing page.
- You are told at 80 % and 100 % of the free messages.
- Our shared WhatsApp numbers send job updates only, not offers.
- Templates are approved on our numbers before they are sent.
If a channel cannot send a message (out of messages, or its template not approved yet), the next channel takes it: WhatsApp, then SMS, then email.

Why no prices on the page?
Plans are charged by branches, staff and job cards a month, and we are setting the figures with our first garages. Tell us your size and we'll give you a figure.
Can we start on Starter and move up?
Yes. What a lower plan records, a higher plan builds on: parts recorded on Growth become stock movements on Business, with nothing to move by hand.
Who pays for WhatsApp and SMS?
If you bring your own WhatsApp number, SMS sender or mail server, your provider bills you and we don't count them. If you use ours, each plan includes free messages and you top up with packs.
Can we send offers and campaigns on WhatsApp?
Yes, from your own WhatsApp number. Our shared numbers send job updates only (checked in, estimate ready, ready for pickup).
