Run your workshop like a pit crew.

Photos and a damage map at check-in. Estimates approved from the customer's phone. Timers on every bay, a board on the wall, parts scanned to the job, paid before the keys go back. One job card, keys in to keys out.

The lap

One car. One job card. Five pit stops.

From the keys on the counter to the car rolling out, every step lands on the same job card. The customer follows it on their phone.

01 / Check-in

Proof at the counter. Not arguments.

“That scratch wasn't there” ends here. Photos, readings and damage by panel, signed by the customer, never edited afterwards. Try it: mark the car the way your advisor will.

02 / Approvals

A yes from their phone. Not from memory.

The estimate goes out by WhatsApp, SMS or email with a link to the job page. The customer sees the photos, approves or declines each line and signs with their name. You see it the second they tap.

  • Line by line. Only approved work is done and invoiced.
  • Standing approval. “Fix anything up to ₹5,000”: work found below the amount goes ahead without a call.
  • Recorded. How, who and when: in person, by phone, by message or on the page.
  • Pay now. The invoice on the same page, paid online.

03 / Inspection

Green. Amber. Red. They get it.

A checklist on the phone with traffic lights, tyre tread in millimetres, brake pads in per cent and a photo per item. Customers get it at a glance, and amber and red turn into recommended work in one tap.

06 / Parts

Beep. On the job. Margin known.

Scan the part and it is issued to the job card, billed through its approved line. Returns come back with who and why. Labour from the timers plus parts at cost: the margin of every job.

  • Stock per branch and van. Lots and serials scanned, reorder rules, vans refilled.
  • Order parts. The job waits on the supplier until the parts arrive.
  • Counter sales. Air fresheners to wiper blades, or straight onto the job card.

07 / Storage

Parked. Counted. Paid.

When you switch it on: the car that waits for its owner after the work is done costs a daily rate after the free days, and the customer is told the day before. Cars brought in only to be stored get their own job card.

  • By the night. Free days after Ready, then the daily rate, up to a maximum you choose.
  • Fair. A manager waives it, with a reason, when the delay was yours.
  • Stored. Storage job cards by the day or the month, billed at pickup or every month.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Does my customer need an app?

No. They get a link by WhatsApp, SMS or email. It opens their job page in the phone's browser: photos, the estimate to approve, the invoice to pay.

Can my team use it on their phones?

Yes. The staff app runs on phones and tablets. Check-in, photos, the damage map, timers, inspections and parts all happen at the car, and those steps keep working without signal.

Does it read number plates with the camera?

Not yet. Plates are typed (spaces and dashes don't matter when you search) and the VIN barcode is scanned with the phone's camera.

We are one garage with three bays. Is this too much?

Switch on what you use. A small shop runs the day from the job card and the phone; bays, inspections, parts and branches are there when you need them.

How much does it cost?

There are four plans, Starter, Growth, Business and Enterprise. Prices depend on your branches, staff and job cards a month. Talk to us and we will give you a figure.

Can we charge for cars left after the work is done?

Yes, when you switch storage on for a branch (it is off until you do): free days after the car is ready, then a daily rate up to a maximum, and the customer is told the day before charges start. Cars brought in only to be stored get their own job card, charged by the day or the month.

Can you build our garage a website like this one?

Yes. We built this one. Tell us about your garage on the contact page (pick “A website like this one”) and we'll come back with ideas.
