Press the AI button next to any heading or paragraph. AI says it another way, shorter, longer, friendlier or more formal, as a headline, or fixes the spelling. AI also describes your pictures.

How it works
- Type something first; AI rewrites what is there.
- Press the AI button next to the text, on the page or in the right panel.
- Pick Say it another way, Shorter, Longer, Friendlier, More formal, Make it a headline or Fix spelling.
- The new words replace the old ones in a few seconds. Undo brings the old words back.
- For a picture, open Edit picture and press Describe it with AI to write its description.

Rules AI follows
- Never invents prices, phone numbers, addresses, awards or numbers you did not give
- Keeps bold, italics, links and line breaks as they are
- Up to 4,000 characters at a time

- Describe it with AI: one plain sentence of at most 125 characters, from the photo itself
- Works on JPEG, PNG, WebP and GIF photos up to 9 MB; not on drawings (SVG)
- Make with AI in the picture box makes a new picture from your description (also every plan)
Through SmartMy's AI service
- No account or key of your own; only the text or the picture is sent, for that one task
- An administrator switches AI on for each person in Administration > AI > AI Users
- Everyone with AI shares the plan's AI credits; usage is listed in Administration > AI > AI Usage
- Plain messages when AI is off, used up or busy
