Customer portal: bills, statement and paying online
Your credit parties log in to see what they owe, what is overdue, every bill and return, and their statement for any period. A bill opens its own page, where the party pays online.
PLANSFrom Growth
Built; not yet tried end to end at a customer.
The problem it solves
- Parties call every week to ask for their outstanding and a copy of a bill.
- Statements are made in a spreadsheet and sent on WhatsApp, and they never match the books.
- A party disputes a bill from three months ago, and finding it takes an hour.
- Collecting means sending someone to the shop for a cheque.
How it works
- Give the party's contact a portal login. Once the party has a posted bill, My Account appears on its portal home page.
- The party opens Overview: what it owes, how much is overdue and on how many bills, and the latest bills.
- Bills lists every bill and return with its date, number, due date, amount and what is still due. All or To pay.
- Pay on an unpaid bill opens the bill's page, with the invoice to download and online payment through the payment provider you set up.
- Statement shows the opening balance, each bill, return and payment with a running balance, and the closing balance, for the dates the party picks.
