Dashboards: Lease, Rent and Arrears
Two ready dashboards open first in Lease. Dashboard shows every Lease user the units at a glance; Rent and Arrears shows Lease Managers passing rent, vacancy loss, arrears and leases ending.
PLANSEvery plan
The problem it solves
- Every Monday someone counts vacant units from a spreadsheet.
- Arrears are seen only when the month is closed.
- Leases ending next quarter surprise the leasing team.
How it works
- Open Lease. The first menu is the Dashboard, for every Lease user.
- Lease Managers also get Rent and Arrears, the next menu.
- Every tile and chart is counted as the person looking, for the Entities they work in.
- Click a tile, a bar or a slice to open the records behind it.
- Press edit to move, resize, add or remove items; the layout you set is yours. Make a private copy to build your own.
Everything it does
Dashboard (every Lease user)
- Vacant units (vacant and not ready), Let, Notice given, Moving in soon (reserved)
- Units by status (doughnut), Vacant by property (bar)
- Units not ready, Properties
- Common areas are left out of the unit counts
Rent and Arrears (Lease Managers)
- Passing rent a month and vacancy loss a month, from the rent roll
- Arrears: unpaid rent bills past their due date
- Leases ending in 90 days
- Arrears by age (1-30, 31-60, 61-90, over 90 days) and passing rent by property
What you can do on a dashboard
- Refresh, and edit on a 12-column grid saved as your own layout
- Add a number tile, a chart or a list on any data you can open
- Make a private copy, or set one as your dashboard
- Shared dashboards also show in the Dashboard app
