Can we bill by the hour?
Yes. Set the fee as hourly, and designers log their time per project in the app or the office. Bill Hours makes a bill of the hours not billed yet.
Do clients see our trade price?
Only if you want them to. Markup, trade discount and freight are set by category and vendor, and per project you choose whether the client sees your cost.
