Sequences written with AI, and a first line for each person
Describe your offer and who it is for, and the AI writes a whole outreach sequence with the waits between the emails. It also writes a personal opening line for every person on a lead list, from facts you already have.
PLANSFrom Growth
The problem it solves
- Writing five follow-up emails for every new offer takes a day, so the sequence never starts.
- Generic emails to 2,000 people read like spam, and replies stay low.
- Writing a personal opening line for each lead by hand is not possible at that size.
- AI tools copy-pasted from elsewhere invent news, awards or numbers about the person.
How it works
- Open a draft outreach sequence and press Write with AI.
- Fill in What You Offer and Who It Is For. Set Tone, Language, Emails (3, at most 5) and Days Between (3).
- Press Write. The emails and the waits between them are added after the sequence's steps. Follow-ups are written as replies in the same thread.
- For first lines, open Marketing > Audience > Contacts and Lists > AI First Lines > New. Choose the Lead List and say what to write.
- Press Write Now to write the first 10 at once; the rest are written every 5 minutes. Each line is saved in the list's first_line column.
- Read and change the emails, then Start the sequence. Every email can use {{first_line}} for its personal opening.
Everything it does
Write a sequence
- On draft outreach sequences only (not journeys, and not once started)
- Tone: Friendly (default), Formal, Very Short or Bold; Language: English to start with
- Emails: 1 to 5 (3 to start with); Days Between: 3
- The first email is under 120 words; each next one is a short follow-up in the same thread
- Emails use {{first_name}} and open with {{first_line|...}}, a neutral line for people without one
- The AI is told: plain words, one clear ask, never invent customers, numbers or awards
- A note on the sequence says how many emails were written, to check before starting
- Also Write Version B, for an A/B test (Scale)
Write one email in the designer
- Write with AI in the email designer of a step or an A/B version
- Say in a line what the email should say, and the tone
- A plain letter stays plain text; a designed email gets a heading, short paragraphs and at most one button
- Your pictures and footer stay; no price, discount, date or number is added that your brief did not give
First lines for a lead list
- One job per list: Lead List, Column (first_line to start with), Write Again Where One Exists (off)
- What to Write, to start with: one friendly opening line about their company or role that leads to your offer. No flattery, at most 20 words
- Our Offer: what follows the line
- Uses only what you have: name, job title, company, city, website and the list's own columns
- Write Now writes 10; the rest go 25 at a time every 5 minutes
- Progress: Written of the total; Waiting, Writing, Done or Stopped
- When AI credits run out the job stops cleanly with the reason; Go On continues

Questions
Does the AI send anything?
No. It adds the emails to a draft sequence. Nothing goes out until you read them and press Start. Will it make up facts about a person?
It uses only the facts you have for that person, such as company, role, city and list columns. It is told never to invent news, awards or numbers. What if a person has no first line?
The sequence's first email starts with {{first_line|...}}, so a neutral opening is used instead. Can it write in Hindi?
Yes. Set the Language in the Write with AI box. First lines follow your What to Write text.Does it write WhatsApp messages?
Not today. WhatsApp messages to new people must be approved templates, which you write in Marketing and Meta approves.Related features
