Can we quote from our routings?
Yes. Estimates take material, setup and run time at your rates, overhead and margin, priced by quantity. A won estimate makes the item, the BOM and the quotation.
Can we quote from a buyer's drawing?
Yes. Attach the PDF drawing or the CAD file (STEP, IGES, STL or DXF): models and flat drawings are measured, and if you switch AI on, Draft with AI fills the material and steps for your estimator to check. It is a rough first figure, not a fixed price for a complex part. Buyers who do not want AI on their drawings are never sent.
Can we keep track of tools and moulds?
Yes. Each tool has its cavities, life and service shots, and its uses are added when a job finishes.
