Customer job page and messages
The customer's job page by a private link, no login
Every job card has its own page for the customer, opened from a link in their messages with no password. They see the status, the estimate, the photos, the damage, the readings and their invoices. It comes with every plan.
PlansEvery plan
Why it matters
Customers ring the front desk three times a day to ask whether their car is ready. Disputes about a scratch or the fuel level start because they never saw what the shop recorded. A WhatsApp photo from a mechanic's phone is not a record either. In SmartMy Garage the check-in message carries a private link to a page for that one job card. It shows the status in plain words, the promised time and the estimate. It shows the photos and damage from check-in, every reading with the km driven while the car was with you, and the invoices. The customer approves the work and pays from the same page. It comes with every plan, and the link ends by itself after delivery or when you turn it off.
The problem it solves
- The phone rings all day with "is my car ready?".
- A customer disputes damage or fuel because they never saw the check-in.
- Estimates go by WhatsApp photo and nobody can find the latest one.
- Customers do not want another app or password for a car service twice a year.
How it works
- 01
When the car is checked in, the customer gets the Vehicle Checked In message with the link to their job page.
- 02
The link opens that one job card on the phone, with no sign-in. A wrong, ended or turned-off link shows the same "This link no longer works" page.
- 03
The page shows the status in plain words, such as Ready for Pickup. It shows the promised time, the advisor and how much work is done.
- 04
A box says Waiting for you when the shop needs the customer: an approval, a part they bring or an answer.
- 05
As the job goes on, the estimate, photos, readings, inspection, invoices and handover appear on the same page.
- 06
With Share Job Page, an advisor copies the link, sets its end date, turns it off or makes a new one.
- 07
A customer with an account signs in to see all their vehicles, job cards and bills.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Does the customer need to download an app or create a password?
No. The link in the message opens the page in the phone's browser. An account is only needed to see all their vehicles and bills together.
Can someone else open the page?
Anyone who has the link can see that one job card, so customers are asked to keep it private. A wrong or changed link shows nothing. You can turn the link off or replace it at any time.
How long does the link work?
Until 30 days after delivery to start with. Change the number of days for the branch, set a date on one job card, or keep links until you turn them off.
Can the customer see our costs or notes?
No. The page shows the customer's estimate, photos, damage, readings, invoices and status. Costs, margins and internal notes stay in the back office.
Can they approve the estimate on the page?
Yes, line by line with their name and a typed signature, unless you switch approvals on the page off. See Approve line by line and pay online.

Approve line by line and pay online from the job pageEvery plan
On the job page, the customer ticks the work they want, types their name and signature, and approves or declines. Each decision is kept with how, when and by whom. When the invoice is ready, Pay now takes them to your payment provider and the payment lands on the invoice.
Messages to the customer at every step, with the invoice on deliveryEvery plan
Customers hear from you when the car is checked in, the estimate is ready, extra work is found, the car is ready, delivered and paid. Each message carries the link to their job page, and the delivered message carries the invoice. Messages go by WhatsApp, else SMS, else email, on every plan.
Check-in with odometer, fuel or battery, photos, belongings, consent and signatureEvery plan
Record how each car arrived before anyone touches it. Take the odometer, the fuel or battery level, a dashboard photo and the walk-around photos your branch asks for. Note what was left inside, test drive consent and what to do about work found, and get the customer's signature.
Readings that cannot be edited, and the car's timeline of km and fuelEvery plan
At check-in, vehicle out, vehicle back and delivery, the odometer, fuel or battery level and a dashboard photo are recorded with who and when. Once saved, nobody on your staff can change them. A lower odometer needs a note and is flagged, and the job card adds up the km driven while the car was with you.
Digital vehicle inspections with pass, attention and failFrom Growth
Technicians go through a checklist on the phone or web, marking each item pass, attention or fail, with measurements and photos. Items that need work become recommended work in one click. The customer sees the lights, notes and photos on their job page.
Online booking from the job page and a public page per branchFrom Growth
Customers you know ask for their next visit from their job page or My vehicles. New customers use your branch's public booking page. They sign in or sign up, pick a day and time when you are open, and tick services. An advisor confirms each request.
