Outreach results for email and WhatsApp
Every outreach email and WhatsApp message is kept with its sequence, step, version and sender. You see sent, replied, bounced, clicked and read for each one, and where each person stands.
PLANSEvery plan
Email results are built and tried with test mailboxes. WhatsApp statuses come from Meta, which connects once Meta approves SmartMy's Meta app; tested with you before go-live.
The problem it solves
- You know how many emails went out but not which step or subject brought the replies.
- A mailbox with a high bounce rate hides inside the campaign total.
- WhatsApp messages show as sent, with no idea who read them or pressed a button.
How it works
- Open Marketing > Outreach > Results for email. The table shows sequences against results: Sent, Replied, Bounced, Unsubscribed and Failed.
- Switch to the list for each email: date, sequence, person, subject, version, mailbox, replied, opens and clicks.
- Open Marketing > Outreach > WhatsApp Results for WhatsApp: each message with its template, status, Replied and Pressed a Button.
- Group by sequence, step, variant, mailbox or status to compare, for example subject A against subject B.
- To follow people, open Marketing > Campaigns > People in Journeys, or the sequence's People tab.
Everything it does
Email results
- States: Sent, Replied, Bounced, Unsubscribed, Failed
- Per email: sent at, replied at, first opened, opens, first clicked, clicks, the version letter and the mailbox
- Filters: Replied, Bounced, Clicked, Opened, Sent; group by Sequence, Step, Variant, Mailbox or Status
- Opens are counted only when the sequence has Count Opens on; clicks when Count Link Clicks is on
WhatsApp results
- Every message of sequences and journeys with sequence, step, version and template
- Status from Meta: Queued, Sent, Delivered, Read, Failed, with the error when it failed
- Replied: the person wrote back after it; Pressed a Button: they answered with a quick-reply button
- Filters: Replied, Pressed a Button, Failed, Sent; group by Sequence, Step, Variant, Status or Entity; a pivot table
- A free-form message sent inside the 24-hour window shows the variant "text"
People
- People in Journeys: each person, the step they are at, the next action, when they entered and why it ended
- Ends: Finished, Goal Reached, Left (replied, unsubscribed, do not contact, bounced, or the sequence ended), Stopped by an Error
- Each person's log: every step with Sent, Skipped, Failed, Waiting and the reason, such as "Mailboxes at today's limit"
Mailbox health
- Each mailbox shows Bounced, 30 Days (%) and Replied, 30 Days (%)
- The dashboard counts emails sent, replies and emails by result

Questions
Are open rates exact?
No. Mail apps load or block images on their own, so opens are a rough sign. Count Opens is off to start with because the hidden image can also push emails to spam. Can I see which mailbox has a problem?
Yes. Group the results by Mailbox, or open the mailbox for its bounce and reply rates over 30 days.Does it show what Meta charges per WhatsApp message?
No. Meta's charge per message is not shown here. Can I export the results?
Yes. The lists and tables can be exported to a spreadsheet like any other list in SmartMy.Related features
OUTREACHEmail sequences over many mailboxes, with tracking and one-click unsubscribeCold and warm outreach as plain, personal emails. Each sequence sends from a pool of your mailboxes, a little at a time. It keeps follow-ups in the same thread and stops for a person when they reply. Every email carries an unsubscribe link and the one-click unsubscribe header.OUTREACHWhatsApp sequences: free text in the 24-hour window, over several numbersPut WhatsApp steps in the same sequence as your emails. Each step sends its approved template, or your own free text when the person wrote in the last 24 hours. New chats can be spread over several numbers within Meta's daily limits.OUTREACHMailboxes with a domain check, ramp-up and bounce pauseConnect your own sending mailboxes over SMTP and IMAP, and check the domain's SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX records. Let each new mailbox send a little more every day.
