Check-in
Damage already on the car, marked by panel with a photo
Mark every scratch, dent and chip the car arrives with, by panel and kind, with a note and a photo. Do it before the customer signs the check-in. Damage found later is kept apart, so there is no argument at delivery.
PlansEvery plan
The problem it solves
- At delivery the customer points at a dent and says it was not there when they dropped the car off.
- Old damage is written as "small scratches" with no place and no photo.
- Damage found during the job, such as a cracked bumper clip, is mixed up with what the car came in with.
- Insurance and body shop work need the damage recorded panel by panel.
How it works
- 01
During check-in in the app, tap where the car is damaged on the car outline seen from the top.
- 02
Choose what it is (Scratch, Dent, Crack / Chip and the others), add a note and take a photo of it. Remove takes a mark away before saving.
- 03
On the web, add a line on the job card's Damage tab with the panel, the kind, a note and a photo. Leave Already There ticked.
- 04
The customer signs the check-in, which states the reading, the photos, the damage and the belongings.
- 05
Damage found during the job is added with Already There unticked, from the Damage tab or the app's Damage button.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Can we mark damage after the customer has left?
Yes, but mark it as found during the job. Damage the car arrived with should be marked before the customer signs the check-in.
Does the customer see the photos?
Yes. The damage and its photos are on their job page and on the printed job card.
Is the damage kept for the next visit?
Yes. Damage belongs to the vehicle as well as the job card, so the vehicle screen in the app shows the damage on file.
Which plan has it?
Every plan, from Starter.

Check-in with odometer, fuel or battery, photos, belongings, consent and signatureEvery plan
Record how each car arrived before anyone touches it. Take the odometer, the fuel or battery level, a dashboard photo and the walk-around photos your branch asks for. Note what was left inside, test drive consent and what to do about work found, and get the customer's signature.
Readings that cannot be edited, and the car's timeline of km and fuelEvery plan
At check-in, vehicle out, vehicle back and delivery, the odometer, fuel or battery level and a dashboard photo are recorded with who and when. Once saved, nobody on your staff can change them. A lower odometer needs a note and is flagged, and the job card adds up the km driven while the car was with you.
Delivery with reading, photos, belongings returned and signatureEvery plan
Hand every car back the same way. Take the odometer and fuel at the gate and the photos your branch asks for. Return the belongings noted at check-in, add remarks and take the customer's signature. It all stays on the job card.
Insurance claims with the insurer's and the customer's invoicesFrom Scale
Run accident repairs paid by an insurer from the job card: policy, claim number and surveyor visit. It also holds the insurer's approved amount, the policy excess and depreciation on parts and labour. At invoicing, two invoices are made: what the insurer pays and what the customer pays, worked out line by line.
The customer's job page by a private link, no loginEvery plan
Every job card has its own page for the customer, opened from a link in their messages with no password. They see the status, the estimate, the photos, the damage, the readings and their invoices. It comes with every plan.
