Membership plans with visits, sold online

Sell plans for a gym, pool or court: the facilities covered, how many days, how many visits and how many a day. Members-only facilities need a pass with visits left, and members buy and pay for plans on the portal.
PLANSScale only

The problem it solves

  • Members' visits are counted in a register, and the count never matches.
  • Anyone books the pool, members or not.
  • Renewals are collected in cash at the desk, and some never are.
  • A member books ten sessions for the same day and blocks everyone else.

How it works

  1. Make a plan: the facilities or types it covers, the days it is valid, the visits (or unlimited), visits per day and the price.
  2. Tick Members Only on the rule set of facilities only members may book.
  3. Give a membership at the desk, or let members buy a plan on the portal and pay online.
  4. When a member books a members-only facility, a visit is held. Check-in or a no-show uses it; cancelling gives it back.
  5. Members see their passes, visits left and validity on the portal and in the app.

Questions

How is a visit counted?

A booking holds a visit. Checking in or not showing up uses it. Cancelling gives it back.

Can members buy online?

Yes. Tick Sold Online on the plan. Members click Buy and pay on the portal or in the app; the pass works once paid.

Does the membership renew by itself?

No. Use the filter Expiring in 7 days to remind members, who buy again.

Can a plan cover a whole type, such as all courts?

Yes. Choose Facility Types on the plan, or single facilities, or both.

Which plan has memberships?

Scale. Growth does not have memberships.
